After a long and distinguished career in business and real estate law, co-founder, Peter Nemkov, peacefully passed away on October 15, 2022.  Peter was instrumental in the creation of the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries and was a trusted advisor and corporate attorney who will be remembered always for his acumen, warmth, and love for helping others.  Peter worked with many of our clients for decades, resulting in lifelong friendships, which he truly cherished. We feel fortunate to have worked with Peter throughout his many years of service to others and are grateful to have simply known him.
